U.S. climate bill to go all the way?

U.S. climate bill has won first round, by closely passing in the House of Representatives with the margin of 7 votes 219-212. Though this is an important first step this climate bill is still not certainty since it still has to pass through the Senate. Even in the House of Representatives it passed barely, with 44 democrats opposed the bill, so it still remains to be seen how will Senate react to
